The 2025 Get Moving Again Program:
This Class is for Women Only
Virtual group exercise classes 7AM PST Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Classes will last approximately 45 minutes
Classes are live, please inquire about getting recordings of the classes.
Everyone is asked to keep their camera on during class.
This program works because we depend on each other to succeed.
This is a Beginner/Intermediate class- Exercises with "easier" versions performed and a "next step" modification demonstrated
(for advanced and expert classes, see our Strength and Conditioning class with Germaine)
This is a "Total Body Conditioning" class meaning there is cardio, and functional strength training for healthier bones and joints.
We use the equipment that you already have, or things from around the house such as water jugs in place of dumbbells.
Optional:text message reminders about class are available
Each person is encouraged to choose a healthy eating style of their choice, however if you would like help reviewing personal daily caloric needs, or overall nutrition choices we are certified nutrition coaches.
Rates
$50 a month for a continuous ALL CLASS ACCESS monthly subscription through PayPal or Square

and personal text message support to reach your goals
Can't Come everyday? Buy a punch card $35.00 for 9 classes
Punch Cards expire after 3 months, each zoom class you attend will be logged.
